- Your name and mobile number.
- Your profile photograph, if you choose to add one.
- The RTI questions, messages and follow-up conversations you submit.
- Images, voice notes, PDFs, Word files, Excel files or other documents you choose to upload.
- Membership and payment-related information such as plan, transaction reference, payment status and invoice details. Payment card or bank credentials are handled by the payment service provider and are not intended to be stored directly by QuickRTI.
- Basic technical information needed to run, secure and improve the service.
3. How we use your information
We use information to create and manage your account, provide RTI-related guidance, route your query to the appropriate consultant, maintain your conversation history, send service notifications, manage memberships and payments, provide support and improve the service.
4. Who can see your information
Your query and relevant information may be available to the consultant or authorised QuickRTI team members who need it to provide the service. We may also use trusted technology, hosting, communication or payment providers where necessary to operate the service.
5. Your documents and attachments
Please upload only information that is relevant to your query. Avoid sharing passwords, PINs, OTPs, full payment card details or other information that is not necessary for the RTI guidance you are seeking.
6. Security
QuickRTI uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention
Information may be retained for as long as it is reasonably required to provide the service, maintain records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent misuse.
8. Your choices
You may update relevant profile information in the app. You may also contact QuickRTI if you need help with your account, privacy questions or a request relating to your information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the service changes. The latest version will be published on this website with an updated effective date.
