QuickRTI is an independent guidance platform intended to help users understand RTI-related matters, ask questions, share relevant documents and communicate with a consultant. QuickRTI is not a government website or government authority.
2. Using the service
You agree to provide accurate account information and to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content, documents and information that you submit through your account.
3. Guidance and outcomes
QuickRTI provides guidance and assistance based on the information available to the consultant. Government departments and public authorities make their own decisions and follow their own processes. QuickRTI cannot guarantee a particular RTI response, timeline or outcome.
4. Memberships and payments
Some services may require a membership or payment. The price, validity period, renewal setting and other plan details shown at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction. If automatic renewal is available and enabled, you can manage it from the app.
5. Refunds
Any refund or cancellation rights will be governed by the refund information shown in the app or at the time of purchase. Please review the applicable payment and refund terms before completing a transaction.
6. Files and user content
You should upload only content that you have the right to share and that is relevant to your query. Do not use QuickRTI to upload unlawful, harmful or misleading material.
7. Account security
Keep your phone, login credentials and verification codes secure. Do not share OTPs or other account access information with another person.
8. Availability
We work to keep QuickRTI available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network problems, third-party services or circumstances outside our control.
9. Changes
QuickRTI may update features, memberships or these Terms of Use as the service evolves. The latest terms will be made available on this website.
